STATUS: WRITING

Embracing 2018 with a grateful heart. I set things moving by creating a bucket list/faith goals for this year! One particular goal of mine is to try something "new and interesting" (which is everybody's goal..). I thought of a lot of things to do: Go to expensive restaurants, dye my hair, or getting myself a boyfriend (Kidding!). So after days and days of thinking and "instagraming", I finally came up with a decision. I thought about how I loved writing. how I used to write poetry and stories when I was still in high school, and boy I truly enjoyed it. So yes, I'm back at it again.

Before, my writings were for a limited audience only (I was shy and a softy long ago. meh.). So if you have read my works before, you are one lucky fellow. However, this hobby didn't last long cause when I ventured through college everything was all set aside and was focused on grades, requirements, deadlines, etc. But hey! I'm happy to know that this "fire" is still in me and I am ready to start again.

So this year, I am taking one big step. I am opening this blog, Conversations with Sam to you. Per Camie Juan on her blog, "All the best blogs are the ones that go into it with genuine intent." and that's what I'm going to do. I will go into it with genuine intent and this blog will be not only for myself or for my little circle but for everyone who has the interest and time. I am blogging to share-- my life, my thoughts, my opinions, my ideas, and my dreams. My writing may be a bit rusty (it's been awhile) but I am thrilled and looking forward to set out this new journey with you. Welcome my dear.
