The Sunnies Face: Review and Swatches.

We've seen it. Heard about it. Want it. The Sunnies Face has shookt the local beauty industry with their first makeup product, the Fluffmattes.

Sunnies Face Fluffmattes are bullet matte lipsticks with nine gorgeous shades from nudes to reds, and retails for 345 pesos each. Formulated in Italy, these lippies are paraben free and cruelty free. And, I bet almost half of the population are in rave and hungry for it, because it sold out immediately the moment it launched, and so on their first restock.

I myself, am crazy about it! I went on great lengths just to get my hands on them babies. Anyways, I finally got mine in the shades Baked, Vacay, and Hot sauce. And I guess, everybody's question is, is the hype true? Well, here are my personal thoughts and review about the Sunnies Face Fluffmattes.

Packaging

Simple, Chic, and Clean--the three words I describe on its packaging. From the box, which colors vary depending on the shade of the lippie, to the container which is a round off-white color. The design gives off that minimalist, preppy, sophisticated vibe that I personally love.

Formula

Most of the reviews that I've read and saw claimed the Fluffmattes to be creamy or buttery, lightweight, glides smoothly, and has a beautiful matte finish. Well folks, YES THEY FREAKIN' DO!

Price

Each Fluffmatte costs 345 pesos. Personally, the price is definitely a thumbs up 👍. I've bought lippies in the market that are also nice in quality and aesthetics, but the price is not as affordable as the Fluffmattes. So, it's definitely a steal!

Swatches

Baked
is a terracotta peach shade

Vacay
is peachy papaya nude.

Hot Sauce
is a tomato red shade.

Is the hype true?

As for my verdict, YES IT IS! I'm giving Sunnies Face 4.5/5 stars. Cause frankly, The Sunnies Face really did impressed me. Considering everything is very well curated-- from packaging to formula, and to the price, they really did a good job. I feel like I got more than what I paid for. It is a very good brand for a newbie in the local beauty world and I'm becoming a fan.
